This day took longer than most to come around… I met Michael in hospital I think… I was a day or so old… Our relationship has been an interesting one, pre-school together, primary school where he went out with my best friend, then intermediate where I had a turn, the relationship soon ended after Michael rudely questioned my cricket skills. A few years later Kelly came on the scene, I was drawn to this quietly spoken, creative & super smart girl from Christchurch, we soon became great friends….
Then Michael came a long and stole her from me. I was sad for a while, how could she do this to me, I’m not even that bad at cricket… Anyways after about a million years Michael proposed, Kelly said yes & Michael won.
HAHAHA, that might not be entirely true.
Anyways.. Kelly + Michael, I LOVED photographing your wedding, I also loved being your bridesmaid, you two both mean a lot to me and it was beautiful to see you both so happy & in love.

If my husband ever runs away with the milkman then this is where I will marry the second man of my dreams – HAHA! Pagoda Lodge really is a hidden gem.. I wish I had known about this beautiful wedding venue when I was still offering a wedding photography service, I would have stood outside Pagoda throwing my business cards at Stephen until he agreed to promote me on his website – this place is amazing, my photographs still don’t do it justice you must must visit!
Big thank you to Hayley Turner for makeup, Laurel Stratford for Hair & the beautiful Halina Myers
